Form fields

You can customize the form that will be used to submit testimonials. Some fields - like name, email, and the testimonial text - are required, but others - like company or job title - are optional, and you can choose whether you'd like to display them or not.

You can also change the text of the following to match the voice or the language of your website:

• The title of the form
• The submit button label
• The labels of the input fields
• The response message that will be displayed after submission

2. Switch to Form tab
3. Open Testimonial Form Fields sub-tab
