Copy reviews from other sites

Praise is able to draw reviews from Google Maps, Facebook, Twitter and Yelp and have them seamlessly integrated into your website. If you would like to showcase a review from a site other than these, it's still possible to copy/paste the reviews from those sites into Praise. To make this copy/pasting easier we've built SmartCopy - a simple tool that helps you to copy/paste an entire review at once. The sites that are currently supported are:

• Airbnb
• Fiverr
• MassageBook
• Thumbtack
• Healthgrades
• Kareo
• Checkatrade

Usage

To use SmartCopy drag the following link into your Bookmarks bar:

Copying a review

To start copying a review, open the page from which you’d like to copy a review and click on the "Praise SmartCopy" button which is now in your bookmarks. This will add a "Copy Review" button next to each review. If more reviews appear as you scroll or navigate to another page, simply click the "Praise SmartCopy" button again to add "Copy Review" buttons to the new reviews.

Click on the "Copy Review" button next to the review you are interested in.

Pasting a review

To paste a copied review:

1. Open the "Manage Testimonials" view in Praise
2. Choose the "Active Testimonials" tab
3. Click once on the gray background of the page
4. Hit Ctrl-V / Command-V for Windows / Mac, respectively

You should now see a new testimonial form with all the copied details already filled out. Click "Save" and your review will be added to your testimonials list in Praise.
